What I Ate Yesterday: July 15, 2015

I trained yesterday, which means I wanted to make sure I got all my meals in.  As usual, started the day with a smoothie before hitting the gym, enjoyed an oatmeal bake for breakfast (LOVE BAKES), a simple loaded salad for lunch, Quest Nutrition Bar (BUY) as a snack (I was working so grabbed something quick and yes that is stock photo), and enjoyed what I call my baked Chimichanga.  Seriously, who said that I had to fry the chimichanga….I was happy with the outcome but my family just called it a burrito :-).
