What I Ate Yesterday: July 14, 2015

A simple day of meals, but yet still delicious.  Did you see a slight trend…yes, POLENTA and fish!  Sometimes I go through phases when I favor an ingredient and as you can see, I enjoyed pan-seared polenta slices & sticks for both breakfast & lunch.  Polenta is one of those items that only require a small amount attention/seasonings, but delivers such a big flavor and can go with just about any meal.  I was on the move yesterday and did not train, so meals were probably a bit lighter than usual, but it worked for me.  I know I’ve made this statement over and over, and chances are I will continue to, but it’s all about finding what works best for you.  Kia~
