What I Ate Yesterday: July 6, 2015

I think I would have to say yesterday was a delicious day, by looking at my meals.  I know you’ve seen this smoothie multiple times, it tends to be my favorite and one I consume regularly before my 4/5 am gym session.  The green smoothie is a combination of almond coconut milk, spinach, frozen bananas, Jamie Eason  Lean Body For Her Peanut Protein, Chia Seeds, Pineapples along with a few other additions.  Remember…this nutrition thing is all about balance and finding what works for you.  Cookie cutter meal plans are not always feasible and simply does not work for everyone, instead, focus on consuming wholesome and nutritious foods and developing a positive attitude towards eating & food.  As a result, you’ll definitely find yourself healthier and happier, trust me!
