Chest, Triceps, Abs

I am starting a new program today, designed by Jim Stoppani called Shortcut to Shred and it runs for 6-weeks. The full workout can be found on, my post may be slightly altered to accommodate personal factors, time, etc. This particular program sparked my interested because of the cardio acceleration, which replaces your rest periods in between your working sets with some type of movement (jumping rope, lunges, step-ups etc.). I am not a fan of cardio on machines, so I am always open to other alternatives to incorporate cardio of some form.

Remember…….Train Smart, Train Hard, find something that you LOVE to do and stick with it!! Stay Motivated!!
