Sprint & Plyo Training

Today, training was outside at UNLV with my good friend Jenny. This was a tough workout, but she pushed through and did great. I received a text afterwards stating that she had jello legs . Although this is my sprint & plyo workout we switched out the sprints to do stairs at the Thomas & Mack Center. If you scroll back a few pics, you will see the pic I posted showing the stairs. If you follow this workout, note that it has (4) different options for you to choose from after each plyo move. For our session today we did three full rounds as listed on the workout, however, the stairs has four banisters, which we ran up and down one way and returned making that 16 total times up and down the stairs for one round. Now multiply that by three rounds, plus the lunges and other moves in between…that was a killer workout. It’s short, sweet, straight to the point and takes no more than 30 mins to complete.
