Pumpkin Swirl Almond Brownies w/ Jamie Eason Natural Whey Isolate

I am so excited to share this delicious Pumpkin Swirl Almond Protein Brownie recipe with you. Yesterday, I shared how I finally tried Jamie Eason’s new product line Labrada Nutrition Lean Body for Her and the first thing I whipped up was a batch of brownies. Now they are not just any brownies, they are Super Moist, Delicious and Pumpkin Cheesecake Filled Brownies!! My promise to you, this recipe will not disappoint! Protein Brownie Base
  • 128g (½ cup) Almond Butter
  • 20g (¼ cup) Hershey’s Dark Cacao Powder
  • 50g (1) Large Egg
  • ½ cup 100% Pure Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 56g (½ cup) Almond Meal ( I use Bob’s Red Mill)
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder (Preferably Gluten & Aluminum Free/Low Sodium)
  • 32g (1/4 cup) Jamie Eason’s Lean Body for Her Whey Isolate Natural Chocolate
Pumpkin Cheesecake Swirl
  • 25g Egg Whites (Not quite one full egg white, use your scale to measure)
  • 42g (1.5 oz) Neufchatel Cheese
  • 61g (1/4 cup) Pumpkin (Pureed, Canned)
  • 1 tbs Coconut Sugar (or Sweetener of Choice)
  • ½ tsp Cinnamon
  • ⅛ tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/16 tsp Cloves
What You Need
  • 2 Large Bowls
  • Whisk
  • Knife or Fork
  • Measuring Spoon
  • 8x8 Brownie Pan
  • Parchment Paper (Optional)
  • Scale
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In large bowl, combine Almond Butter and Cocoa. Whisk in your egg, Maple Syrup and Vanilla.
  3. Add Almond Meal, Baking Powder and Protein Powder directly into mixture, stir until combined.
  4. Combine Pumpkin Cheesecake Swirl ingredients in second bowl.
  5. Prepare brownie pan and add mixture. (**Note, batter will be thick**)
  6. Pour Pumpkin Cheesecake Swirl mixture over brownie batter, use your knife to swirl into batter.
  7. Bake for 15-17 minutes.
  8. Allow to cool in pan before cutting.
  9. Enjoy!!
Remember, you can always adjust recipe to smaller or larger portions to meet your needs and goals.
