Turkey Bacon Vegetable Quiche

I always enjoy a good savory breakfast!! If you’re trying to get more veggies in during the day, try starting your morning with a wholesome, filling Quiche. This one is loaded with my FAV zucchini, tomatoes, onions, mushrooms and good ole’ turkey bacon!! Mouth-Watering!!

Turkey Bacon Vegetable Quiche

  • (100g) 2 Large Eggs
  • 50g Egg Whites (Equivalent to one large egg)
  • 56g (1/2 cup) Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (I use Full Fat)
  • 100g Zucchini
  • 100g Tomatoes
  • 50g Onions
  • 50g Mushrooms
  • 6 Slices Cooked Turkey Bacon (Preferably Nitrite Free)
  • ¼ tsp Black Pepper
  • ¼ Sea salt
Quiche Crust
  • 1.5 cup Cooked Rice (Use Rice of choice)
  • 28g (1/4 cup) Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (I use Full Fat)
  • 1 Large Egg
  • ½ tsp Garlic Powder
  • Add Sea Salt, Pepper, Parsley to taste
What You Need
  • Cooking Spray
  • Knife/Chopper for Vegetables
  • Large Bowl
  • 8-inch Quiche/Pie Pan
  • Large Spoon
  • Measuring Spoons
  • Scale
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray quiche/pie pan to prevent sticking.
  2. Thoroughly combine all Quiche Crust ingredients in bowl. Press mixture down in pan.
  3. Chop and prepare vegetables, evenly distribute them directly on the crust mixture. Crumbled cook bacon over top.
  4. Combine remaining Quiche ingredients in bowl. Pour mixture over bacon and vegetables.
  5. Bake for 50 minutes. Allow to cool before cutting and plate as you desire.
  6. Enjoy!!
Remember, you can always adjust recipe to smaller or larger portions to meet your needs and goals.
