Sweet Garlicky Drumsticks

Finger licking good sauce with a bit of Raw Honey, Oyster Sauce and LOTS of Garlic. Boy, oh boy…this is a good one!! I have the perfect recipe for dinner tonight, prepare this and I am sure everyone will be asking for seconds. This recipe is easy to prepare and taste amazing.

  • 10 Drumsticks (about 3lbs)
  • ½ tsp Sea Salt
  • ½ tsp Pepper
  • 1 tbs Olive Oil
Sweet Garlicky Sauce
  • 4 tbs Raw Honey
  • 4 tbs Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tbs Rice Vinegar
  • 4 tsp Minced Garlic (Jar)
  • 1 tsp Ground Ginger
  • 1 tbs Cornstarch
What You Need
  • Oven Safe Skillet (Preferably Cast Iron)
  • Plate or Platter
  • Small Bowl
  • Spoon or Whisk
  • Large Fork or Spatula (To turn chicken)
  • Measuring Spoons
  • Scale
  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Season Drumsticks with Salt & Pepper.
  3. Heat skillet to Medium-High and add Olive Oil.
  4. Nestle all Drumsticks in skillet, cook for 10 minutes. This will create a golden crust.
  5. Turn Drumsticks (only once), turn heat down to Medium and allow to cook for 10 more minutes.
  6. Prepare sauce using all Sweet Garlicky Sauce Ingredients. Combine with a whisk or spoon.
  7. Pour Sauce directly over Drumsticks. Turn heat off and place skillet in oven. Bake for 20 minutes or until meat is no longer pink.
  8. Remove from oven and plate Drumsticks on a platter. Pour the remaining sauce in the skillet over the meat.
  9. Enjoy!!
Remember, you can always adjust recipe to smaller or larger portions to meet your needs and goals.
