Quick Banana Oat Bake w/Maple Yogurt

[sociallinkz]

I am definitely a fan of oats for breakfast, but not too crazy about always having a simple bowl of cooked oats. We prefer to enjoy our oats in muffins, breakfast bars or my favorite….Bakes. From previous recipes, you will note that I prepare oat bakes in the oven which takes almost an hour, but this time I decided to do a quick version for those of you short on time. This delicious baked was prepared to perfection in under two minutes…now I know you have two minutes to spare in the morning, right?! Be sure to leave a comment and let me know what you think!! Enjoy!
