#ParfaitTuesday has come and gone, but I didn’t get the opportunity to post.  This was our delicious breakfast parfait we enjoyed earlier this week and decided to swap out oats for another favorite…Quinoa.  YES, quinoa is not only great in savory dishes, but it’s a delicious option in sweet dishes as well (especially Red Quinoa).  This amazing parfait was layered with Blueberries, Raspberries, Kiwi and a cream layer consisting of Quinoa prepared with Almond Coconut Milk, Greek Yogurt, 100% Pure Maple Syrup and Lemon Zest for an extra burst of flavor. 

Another simple recipe, that’s quick and easy on your wallets. This is one of the breakfast recipes you’ll find on the weekly planner I’ll be posting next week (Check my previous post for details). As I have said before, these recipes will be easy, delicious and accommodating to the entire family. Does this parfait look tasty or what?!
