Healthy Food For Thought: (Snack, Kiddos, Summer Recipes) Cherry-Berry Coconut Pops

It’s starting to get hot here in Vegas, which means time to pull out the Popsicle molds!! Last summer I posted a few frozen treats, but not nearly as many as I wanted to. I figured why not get an early start now, so here you go. I saw this idea some time ago somewhere and was waiting to give it a try. This is probably the easiest recipe ever, I really mean that. Simply pick your fruit and pour Coconut Water in the molds directly over it….that’s it. The kiddos absolutely loved them, I know for a fact these will be a regular treat for the family this summer. What fruit would you add, I would love to hear from you?!?!

What You Need:
(210g) 1 ½ cup Frozen Fruit
2 cups Pure Coconut Water
6 Popsicle Molds
**I used half Cherries + half Blueberries for pops in pic.**

Place fruit in molds, pour in Coconut Water and freeze. Enjoy!!
