Healthy Food For Thought: (Dessert, Snack, Kiddos Snack) Cherry-Berry Chocolate Banana Chia Pudding

By the looks of this delicious snack, I guess you can say I am already preparing for #ParfaitTuesday tomorrow. This energy-boosting, flavor-bursting snack is layered with Blueberries & Tart Cherries, a crumble from leftover Berry-Nutty Breakfast Oat Bars, and Banana & Chocolate Chia Pudding. Simple, delicious and quite filling!! In case you’re interested, Chocolate Banana Chia Pudding Recipe follows:

4tbs Chia Seeds
113g Banana
1 cup Unsweetened Almond Coconut Milk
1 tbs Hershey’s Dark Chocolate Cacao Powder
1 tbs 100% Pure Maple Syrup (Optional)
(Makes 2 Large or 4 Small servings)

Combine and allow to set in refrigerator for minimum of 15 minutes. Enjoy!!
