Healthy Food For Thought: (Lunch, Dinner) Avocado Fish Tacos, Quinoa/Brown Rice, & Oranges

Here’s a quick and easy meal for you guys. I lightly grilled the wraps (I had a high fiber low carb brand on hand), chopped up the fish (can use any protein); added lettuce, avocado and the tacos were complete. I had Greek Yogurt on the side to top them; you can add salsa, cheese or whatever you like. The sides are Seeds of Change Quinoa and Brown Rice Blend and Orange slices. Simple and delicious….Enjoy!!
