Daily Greens Smoothie: Sweet Cherry Berry

This delicious smoothie combined sweetness from Bananas & Blueberries and tartness from the Dark Tart Cherries. I used ½ Banana in my smoothie, but if you need it to be sweeter, I would recommend using the whole banana. As always, I used my based Greens Smoothie ingredients, feel free to swap out ingredients to accommodate your need and taste. Enjoy!!

  • ½ to 1 Banana
  • ½ cup Dark Tart Cherries (Can use Frozen)
  • ½ cup Blueberries (Can use Frozen)
Base Smoothie Ingredients
  • 2 Cups Spinach
  • ¼ Cucumber or Celery
  • Cilantro
  • Parsley
  • 2tbs Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 4tbs Lemon Juice
  • ½ cup + 2tbs Almond Coconut Milk (or Liquid of choice)
  • 1 tbs Chia Seeds
  • ½ – ¾ cup Ice
  • ¼ tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • ¼ tsp Cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp Ginger
What You Need
  • Blender
  1. Add all items to Blender.
  2. Enjoy!!!
