Daily Juice: Sappy Greens Lover

DO you love your greens? I am a greens lover indeed and this tasty juice provided the energy boost I needed to get my day started. For an extra boost of energy and great health benefits, I added the optional ingredients listed. You can add the optional ingredients if you choose, but if not, this tasty juice is just as great with only the greens and fruit listed. Enjoy!!

Ingredients
  • 2 Cups Kale
  • 2 Cups Spinach
  • ½ Cucumber
  • Cilantro
  • Parsley
  • 1 Fuji Apple
  • Carrot (1 Serving)
Optional Ingredients
  • 2tbs Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 4tbs Lemon Juice
  • ¼ tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • ¼ tsp Cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp Ginger
Instruction
  1. Add all items to juicer.
  2. Enjoy!!
