Smoothies vs. Juicing


I often get asked which is better, or why do I choose one over the other. I will start by saying that I actually enjoy both almost daily. The main differences between the two are the rate of nutrient absorption, what you actually consume and the preparation process. Although I have detailed some of the differences between the two in the picture, please note that this is not a complete list and I would recommend that you do your research to determine which is best for your needs. Regardless of what you choose, you should know that both offer great benefits and by adding juices or smoothies to your regular nutrition, you are nourishing your body and directly contributing to your health.
