Smoothie: The Creamy Spinach Yellowgizer

I use my base smoothie recipe for all my daily smoothies, but I change the fruit additions and other veggies to change the flavor. This Green/Yellow energy booster was such a creamy and delicious delight. The recipe has milk or water listed for the liquid portion, but you can choose whatever you like. I prepare my smoothies with Unsweetened Almond Coconut Milk, I prefer the subtle addition of coconut and almond. I hope you give this one a try… enjoy!!

Daily Juice: The Creamy Spinach Yellowgizer

  • 1 Serving Pineapple
  • 1 Banana
  • ½ Yellow Bell Pepper
Base Smoothie Ingredients
  • 2 Cups Spinach or Dark Greens
  • ¼ Cucumber or Celery
  • Cilantro
  • Parsley
  • 2tbs Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 4tbs Lemon Juice
  • ½ cup + 2tbs Almond Coconut Milk (or Liquid of choice)
  • 1 tbs Chia Seeds
  • ½ - ¾ cup Ice
  • ¼ tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • ¼ tsp Cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp Ginger
  1. Add all items to Blender.
  2. Enjoy!!!
Remember, you can always adjust recipe to smaller or larger portions to meet your needs and goals.
