Daily Juice: The Pine-Apple Pep

This was a tasty Greens Juice and the Pineapple (not picture) added just the right amount of extra sweet & tartness. If you notice on the ingredients list, a few items listed are not in the picture. I always add Cilantro & Parsley, I often stir in 1 tbs Apple Cider Vinegar, and the Cayenne/Ginger/Cinnamon are purely optional, but gives that extra boost.

Health Highlights: Pineapples contain Bromelain enzymes, natural blood thinners that can aid in digestion, healing and inflammation. 1 cup of fresh pineapple has almost 100% of the daily value for manganese, which is essential for healthy skin, cartilage formation and bones.   • 2 Cups Spinach
  • 1 Serving Pineapple
  • 1 Apple
  • ¼ Green Bell Pepper
  • ¼ Orange Bell Pepper
  • Cilantro
  • Parsley
  • 1 tbs Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Cayenne Pepper
  • Cinnamon
  • Ginger
  1. Add all items to Juicer.
  2. Enjoy!!!
Remember, you can always adjust recipe to smaller or larger portions to meet your needs and goals.
