Daily Juice: The Green Envy

This green juice from Health Full Life is filled with cucumbers, which are extremely high in water content, contains a large amount of potassium, and are excellent for maintaining healthy, youthful skin. Please note, I added Parsley and Ginger in addition to the original recipe.

  • 2 Cups Spinach
  • 3 Kale Leaves
  • 1 Bunch Cilantro
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 Green Apple
  • Parsley
  • Ginger (Fresh or Ground)
  1. Add all items to Juicer.
  2. Enjoy!!!
Remember, you can always adjust recipe to smaller or larger portions to meet your needs and goals.
