Oatmeal Bakes are a staple in the KFF Kitchen!! This delicious bake was the perfect addition to breakfast, it was filling and loaded with flavor from the Maple & Banana combo. If you’re tired of your regular bowl of oats, you definitely should give Oatmeal Bakes a try. Not only are they easy to make, but if you’re on the go this could be a great option as well. This tasty Bake was topped with Banana slices (baked right on top) and finally drizzled with 100% Pure Maple Syrup. Talk about YUM, this was such a great breakfast!!

Ingredients
Dry Ingredients
  • 40g, ½ cup Whole Oats
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • ⅛ tsp salt (Just a light dash, not much needed)
  • 1tbs Stevia in the Raw (or use Sweetener of Choice)
Wet Ingredients
  • 62g (2) egg whites
  • 75g Bananas (Mashed or Pureed)
  • ¼ cup Blue Diamond Unsweetened Almond Coconut Milk (Silk Almond milk can be used as well)
  • ½ tsp Vanilla
Banana Topping (Optional)
  • 28g, Bananas (Sliced)
What you need
  • 2 Bowls
  • Measuring Spoons
  • Whisk or Large Fork
  • Hand Mixer Knife
  • Spoon
  • Large Ramekin
  • Cooking Spray/Oil
  • Scale
Tips/Suggestions
  • Replace Bananas with other fruit for other variations.
  • Add less or more sweetener to your batter as you desire.
  • Top bake with 100% Pure Maple Syrup.
Instruction
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray Large Ramekin with cooking spray.
  2. Combine all Dry Ingredients in bowl, set aside.
  3. Combine all Wet Ingredients, add to Dry Ingredients and combine. Pour mixture in Ramekin.
  4. Sliced bananas for topping, place gently on top of bake mixture.
  5. Place in oven, bake for 45-50 minutes.
  6. Remove Bake from oven, allow to set for a few minutes to cool and firm up slightly.
  7. Remove Bake from Ramekin (optional), topped with 100% Pure Maple Syrup (Optional).
  8. Enjoy!! (Remember this is a Bake, so it will be slightly moist in center).

Remember, you can always adjust recipe to smaller or larger portions to meet your needs and goals.
