In need of a quick Breakfast idea, how about a delicious Peach Cobbler Parfait!? These parfaits are quick & easy to prepare, and filled with amazing flavors that will definitely get your morning off to a great start!!

Ingredients
  • 40g Whole Oats
  • 7g (1tbs) Chopped Pecans
  • ½ tsp Cinnamon
  • 168g (3/4 cup) Greek Yogurt (Chobani is my favorite)
  • 2tbs (14g) Vanilla Whey (Optional-See Tips)
Peach Cobbler Topping
  • 75g Peaches (Fresh or Frozen) Less or More can be used
  • 7g (1tbs) Chopped Pecans
  • 1 tsp 100% Pure Maple Syrup
  • ¼ tsp Cinnamon (More or Less as you desire)
What You Need
  • Glass or Mason Jar
  • Spoon
  • Bowl
  • Scale
  • Measuring Spoons
  • Cookie Sheet
  • Parchment Paper
Tips/Suggestions
  • I used Vanilla Whey in the front parfait, but this can be omitted. You can replace with 100% Pure Maple Syrup (used in back parfaits), Stevia or other sweeteners of choice.
Instruction
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Prepare cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place Oats on Cookie Sheet, sprinkle with Cinnamon and Chopped Pecans, bake for 10 minutes.
  3. Gently combine Peach Cobbler Topping Ingredients, place on cookie sheet and bake for 25-30mins.
  4. Combine Greek Yogurt with Whey or Maple Syrup (See Tips). Place in refrigerator until ready to use.
  5. Remove Oats from oven, allow to cool. Remove Peaches from oven, allow to cool.
  6. Layer Parfait with Yogurt, Fruit & Oats.
  7. Enjoy!!

Remember, you can always adjust recipe to smaller or larger portions to meet your needs and goals.
