  • 70g Pumpkin (Canned or Roasted)
Optional Add-Ins
  • ⅛-1/4 Cinnamon
  • Ginger
  • Nutmeg
  • All Spice
  • Rice Whip
What You Need
  • Bowl or Small Hollowed Pumpkin
  • Spoon
  • Processor
  • Scale
  • Add more fruit or pumpkin as you desire.
  • Rice Whip was purchased at Whole Foods.
  1. Place Frozen Banana and Pumpkin in processor.
  2. Blend until frozen mixture reaches desired consistency.
  3. Place in bowl.
  4. Enjoy!!
