A delicious breakfast combo with the amazing flavors of Dark Chocolate, Pumpkin, Maple and Cream Cheese!
Ingredients
Dry Ingredients
  • 40g, ½ cup Whole Oats
  • 1tbs Hershey’s Unsweetened 100% Dark Cacao Powder
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • ⅛ tsp Nutmeg
  • ⅛ tsp Ginger
  • ⅛ tsp Allspice
  • ⅛ tsp salt (Just a light dash, not much needed)
  • 1tbs Stevia in the Raw (or use Sweetener of Choice)
Wet Ingredients
  • 62g (2) egg whites
  • 81g Canned Pumpkin
  • ¼ cup Blue Diamond Unsweetened Almond Coconut Milk (Silk Almond milk can be used as well)
  • ½ tsp Vanilla
Pumpkin Maple Cream Cheese Cream
  • 28g, Fat Free Cream Cheese
  • 28g, Canned Pumpkin
  • 1 tbs 100% Pure Maple Syrup
What you need
  • 2 Bowls
  • Measuring Spoons
  • Whisk or Large Fork
  • Hand Mixer
  • Spoon
  • Large Ramekin
  • Cooking Spray/Oil
  • Scale
Tips/Suggestions
  • Sprinkle Pumpkin Maple Cream Cheese Cream topping with cinnamon.
  • Add less or more sweetener to your batter as you desire.
  • You can cut Hershey’s Dark Chocolate to ½ tbs if you desire less.
Instruction
  1. Preheat oven to 350. Spray Large Ramekin with cooking spray.
  2. Combine all Dry Ingredients in bowl, set aside.
  3. Combine all Wet Ingredients, add to Dry Ingredients and combine. Pour mixture in Ramekin.
  4. Bake 45-50 mins at 350.
  5. Combine ingredients for Pumpkin Maple Cream Cheese Cream, blend with hand mixer or whisk.
  6. Remove Bake from oven, allow to set for a few minutes to cool and firm up slightly.
  7. Remove Bake from Ramekin (optional), topped with Pumpkin Maple Cream Cheese Cream.
  8. Enjoy!! (Remember this is a Bake, so it will be slightly moist in center)
