These are definitely not your typical brownies, but they are amazing, chewy and bursting with flavor!
  • 56g Almond Meal/Flour (I use Bob’s Red Mill Brand)
  • 10g Hershey’s 100% Cacao Special Dark Chocolate Powder
  • ¼ tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 tbs Coconut Oil
  • 1tbs Vanilla (I use Simple Organic)
  • 80g Dried Blueberries
  • 80g, Dried Cherries
What You Need
  • Processor
  • Spoon
  • Measuring Spoons & Cups
  • Scale
  • 8.5 x 4.5 Loaf Pan
  • Wax Paper
  • Knife or Pizza Cutter/Slicer
  • Side note: I need to do a bit more research, but I do not believe my Hershey’s 100% Cacao Powder is actually raw…so maybe it’s almost raw.
  1. Place Almond Meal, Sea Salt and Hershey’s Powder in Processor. Pulse until combined thoroughly.
  2. Add Coconut Oil and Vanilla. Pulse until mixture has combined, scrape mixture down sides if needed.
  3. Add Fruit, continue to pulse until mixture has completely combined. Scrape mixture down sides if needed.
  4. Prepare Loaf Pan. Cut Wax Paper to size, leaving some on the side (will use to flatten bars and for easy removal).
  5. Add mixture to Pan and flatten, use the wax paper to cover the bars as you smooth them out evenly. Place in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to set.
  6. Remove and cut to size.
  7. Enjoy!!
Remember, you can always adjust recipe to smaller or larger portions to meet your needs and goals.
