Tis the season for Pumpkin, Pumpkin and more Pumpkin!!

  • 226g Fat Free Cottage Cheese (Or Cottage Cheese of Choice)
  • 244g Puree/Canned Pumpkin
  • 113g - 1 Medium Banana (Frozen or Fresh)
  • 1tbs 100% Pure Maple Syrup (More if desired)
  • 1 cup Ice
  • ¼ tsp Cinnamon
  • ⅛ tsp Nutmeg
  • ⅛ tsp Ginger
  • 28g Dymatize Elite XT Rich Vanilla Protein Powder (or Protein of choice--Optional)
  • Rice Whip (Optional)
  • Pumpkin Spice/ or Cinnamon (Optional to Sprinkle on top)
What you need
  • Blender
  • Spoon
  • Measuring Spoons & Cups
  • Scale
  • Glasses
  • Protein is optional, if you choose not to add, be sure to adjust sweetener for taste and ice for thickness.
  • Using Frozen Bananas adds to the thickness of your smoothie. This step is not necessary, but it is a good bonus.
  • I purchase Rice Whip at Whole Foods.
  1. Place all ingredients in blender and combine until it reaches desired consistency.
  2. Pour in cup and top with Rice Whip (Optional). Sprinkle with Cinnamon.
  3. Enjoy!!
Remember, you can always adjust recipe to smaller or larger portions to meet your needs and goals.
