Healthy Food For Thought: (Breakfast, Post Workout) Shredded Sweet Potato Banana Pancakes. Yes, I know these are not your typical pancakes, but who said they had to be made with flour?!  The pancakes are made out of Shredded Sweet Potatoes, Bananas, Cinnamon, 1tbs of Oat Flour and Flax..that’s it and oh-so delicious topped with Natural Nut Butter (peanut, almond or cashew).
