Ingredients
  • Basic Recipe Ingredients:
  • 2 cups Dark Greens (Spinach, Kale, Bok Choy, etc.)
  • ¼ of Cucumber or Celery
  • ½ cup of Dark Berries
  • (Optional: Other fruits can be used--Oranges, Apples, Avocados, Bananas, Mango, etc.)
  • Parsley
  • Cilantro
  • ¼ tsp of each Cinnamon, Ginger, Cayenne Pepper
  • 2tbs Apple Cider Vinegar (Bragg’s Apple Cider Vinegar)
  • 4tbs Lemon Juice
  • ½ cup + 2tbs Water
  • 1tbs Chia Seeds or Hulled Hemp Seeds
  • Add Ice
Optional:
  • Add 1 scoop of Protein or ½ cup of Cottage Cheese /Greek Yogurt to supplement as a meal.
